From still photography to high-end documentary level video editing, we believe in the art of storytelling. The Lord touches heart through it. We partner with creative industry-professionals locally to help train and educate; and have a number of projects to work on to grow your skills and your portfolio.
Internships that make a difference.
In Portland, and across the world, the pressures coming against young people are relentless. The massive uptick in anxiety and depression, the loneliness epidemic, suicide rates, bullying, identity issues; the list goes on and on. The way of Jesus has never been more needed, and it directly comes against these challenges and gives way to healing, hope and purpose.
We desire to be a YWAM community that champions young people in their God-given passions and skills. Many of us have experienced how much purpose and inspiration comes when we step into pursuing our passions and callings. And often is the case that we need a program where we can learn, be walked-alongside, mess up a time or two; to truly allow our voice, style and skills to shine through our passion.
Internships are meant to be hands-on. Truly experiential learning. This is because you have most likely already learned some things or have a base understanding of something you are interested in; now take on some projects and responsibilities with a leader and potential mentors alongside you and let’s see you grow!
